A graduate of the University of Miami, Florida, Peter began his career overseas with Merrill Lynch International Private Client Group, offering sophisticated investors insightful investment advice, customized solutions, and responsive service throughout the decade of 1990-2000.

Back in the States in 2000, Peter joined New England Financial. While there, he developed a strong business relationship with South Florida’s GBS Group, an accounting and business consulting firm, working primarily with the Venezuelan entrepreneur community and small business owners. Working side-by-side with a group of business consultants and tax professionals

created a synergistic approach and value for his clients. As a result, he established GBS Financial, an independent insurance and financial advisory firm.

Back in the States in 2000, Peter joined New England Financial. Working side-by-side with a group of business consultants and tax professionals created a synergistic approach and value for his clients. As a result, he established GBS Financial, an independent insurance and financial advisory firm.

Peter mastered a cash flow and debt management system that uses time-honored economic principals, U.S. tax laws, and the provisions of life insurance contractual guarantees to build wealth safely and predictably in any economic environment without locking up the money. He began implementing the “Bank On Yourself” also known as the “Infinite Banking Concept”—a cash flow and debt management system.

Over the last 20 years, Peter has grown his team in the areas of tax, insurance, estate, and wealth management and rebranded his company under the name My Legacy Group, to be more inclusive of his clients shift in needs towards retirement planning.

Along with best-selling author Brian Tracy, Peter and a select group of the world’s leading financial trendsetters co-wrote the book, “The Ultimate Success Guide”. He’s been featured as one of America’s Premier Experts in the Consumer Advocate television program that aired on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox affiliates; and, as one of America’s Premier Experts Financial Trendsetters in Newsweek magazine.

Peter joined the “Society of Financial Awareness” (SOFA), a non-profit organization with the mission of “ending financial illiteracy one community at a time.” Peter conducts seminars and workshops to increase awareness for pre-retirees on the choices before them, using current financial trends to help them “to and through” retirement. Additionally, Peter is a board member of Nova University Library Circle of Friends, where he sponsors programs dedicated to financial literacy.

Peter’s married to his lovely wife, Susy and they have two adult children, Jessica and Nicolas, along with two grandsons, Luca and Caleb. Outside the office, he enjoys working out, spinning, swimming and playing tennis and going to the beach at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne or driving across alligator alley to Naples to watch the sunset.
